Return:
If an item needs to be returned because of fault of THE TRAP SHOP, items should be returned no later than 5 business days. Items should be in tack and in original condition as it was sent. This includes tags in tack, unworn and unwashed.

SHIPPING& RETURNS

Shipping is handled by the United States Postal Service or UPS and is based on your purchase total of purchases.

Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days.(Unless you are paying for pre order or custom merchandise)  Please note: some packages may require a signature and will not be released without a signature. The delivery of your package may be delayed if no one is present at the time of delivery. TheTrapShopp.BigCartel.com is not responsible for any delays caused by adverse weather conditions.

Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO & US Territories

Some shipping methods may not be available for Alaska, Hawaii and US protectorates. Standard shipping is assessed an additional starting at a $4 handling charge.

Canada

Expedited shipments cannot be guaranteed due to possible delays in customs. Please note the customer is responsible for any country specific tariffs and duties added by their respective government.

International Orders

Expedited shipping is not available for international orders other than Canada. Please note that some countries will impose tariffs on items shipped abroad. The customer is responsible for any country specific tariffs and duties added by their respective government.

Foreign orders are usually shipped via USPS and can take 2-4 weeks to receive. Please note that some orders may be assessed additional shipping charges due to weight and size limitations. This predominately applies to orders with large quantities of boots and shoes. If your order requires additional charges, you will be contacted to approve these charges before we ship your order.

Refused Packages

 Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the 'Terms and Conditions of Service' as detailed on UPS.com.

Jewelry, Bathing suits, lingerie, bodysuits and Custom merchandise are non exchangeable or refundable.
